Timothy Gill, CFECFE, President, Board Member
Timothy Gill is a former FBI Certified Intelligence Officer and a multi-U.S. Government award recipient for counterterrorism and public health protection. Over his 30-year career in law enforcement, intelligence and national security operations, Mr. Gill was responsible for managing several joint operations in the neutralization of two FBI Top-10 most wanted terrorists and served as an expert witness in several counter-trafficking operations. Mr. Gill is certified in behavioral sciences research and recognized for his research and published articles on transnational terrorism and human trafficking. Mr. Gill maintains liaison with U.S. Government partners in the intelligence and law enforcement communities.
David M. LunaVice President of Policy, Secretary and Treasurer, Board Member
David Luna is a former U.S. Diplomat and senior national security official with over 22 years of Federal Service in the U.S. Government and held numerous senior positions with the U.S. Department of State (INL) including directorships for national security, transnational crime, illicit networks, and anti-corruption; and served as an advisor to the Secretary’s Coordinator for the Rule of Law. Mr. Luna also served in the Office of the Counsel to the President, The White House; U.S. Department of Labor; and U.S. Senate Committee on Banking. Mr. Luna is the Chair of the Anti-Illicit Trade Committee of the United States Council for International Business (USCIB), and a Senior Fellow for National Security at the Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center (TraCCC), George Mason University.
Walter Loope Vice President of Operations, Board Member
Walter Loope is a U.S. Army Military Police veteran having served eleven years and multiple combat tours overseas, which he was awarded multiple awards to include the Bronze Star. Following his honorable discharge, he spent several years as a high threat Personal Protection Specialist and Tactical Commander for the U.S. State Department diplomate security program throughout the Middle East, operating in the capacity of intelligence, close protection, investigations and training support. Mr. Loope is now Founder and President of Specter Security Group, which specializes in intelligence, risk mitigation and threat solutions.
Wendy EstesChief Marketing Officer, Board Member
Wendy Estes is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for several businesses. Ms. Estes is also the co-founder and former president of online e-commerce marketplaces. Ms. Estes streamlined GOC’s focus on fulfilling the critical data gaps that exist currently impeding counter human trafficking operations. Ms. Estes has been a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a global community of the world’s most influential entrepreneurs, where she’s volunteered time as a board member for the Atlanta Chapter and has volunteered her time to several organizations.
Nicholas GuyOperations, Board Officer
Nicholas Guy is a veteran who served multiple combat tours in non-permissive environments as a Special Forces Operator for the U.S. Army. He spent years combating terror groups and state sponsors of terrorism in multiple Middle Eastern countries. Mr. Guy is fluent in Arabic and is a subject matter expert on the Middle East. Mr. Guy has a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations. He continues to serve within the National Guard 19th Special Forces Group.
Stacy PuryearOperations, Board Officer
Stacy Puryear possesses years of operational experience in the investigative and intelligence operations arena. Ms. Puryear is a Department of Criminal Justice Services licensed Private Investigator, Personal Protection Specialist and Certified Human Trafficking Investigator. Ms. Puryear serves as a protective intelligence analyst in the private sector responsible for multiple source intelligence collection and analysis. Prior to her private sector roles Ms. Puryear served several years in the government with the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of the Air Force. Ms. Puryear is also an U.S. Air Force veteran. Ms. Puryear has received numerous awards to include GS Civilian of the Year and holds a BA in Criminal Justice.
